We want you to be happy with your Manta purchase. If, after reviewing your order, you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the products within 15 calendar days after delivery for a full refund minus, at Manta’s discretion, our original delivery costs and any bank charges for credit card purchases and refunds.

Obviously, you must uninstall all returned courses from your hard drive and delete any backups or other copies that contain our software.

Ways to minimize problems.

If you are not sure whether you will like Manta's training approach, be sure to view a sample session. Because the sample sessions use the actual Manta software, your ability to view a session verifies that all Manta courses will run successfully on your PC.

If you are interested in a particular topic, check the course description. (You can view any course description from the Curriculum Planner.) For every course, the description includes the course objectives, recommended audience, and prerequisites. We guarantee that the course teaches the skills listed in the catalog. In fact, built into our course development procedure is a quality assurance check to verify that every objective is not only covered in detail, but also is sufficiently tested in the corresponding Competency Exam. If you like the sample session and the catalog description matches your training requirements, you should be pretty confident that the course will meet your needs. If you are considering multiple courses, such as a combination pack or the entire library, there is one more step you can take to minimize your risk. Rather than buying everything at once, buy a single course or take a course online. If you later upgrade to a larger product that contains what you have already purchased, you will receive credit for your original purchase.

• For example, suppose you purchased the RPG Programming series for local delivery. Then, within a year after the original purchase, you trade up to the Program Development Combination Pack, which contains this series. In this case, we will subtract 100% of what you paid for the RPG Programming series from your later order. "Trade-ups" that occur after one year, but before two years, receive 50% credit. Moreover, if you trade up to a larger package or a higher student license level within 60 days, we will charge you any sales prices that were in effect at the time of your original purchase. In summary, you lose nothing by purchasing smaller amounts and adding to your collection later, as long as you keep in mind the critical dates (15 days to get a refund, 60 days to get the sales price, and one year to get full credit for a larger product).
• Credits are even easier for Internet delivery (MantaNow!). We will determine the number of days used on your original license, and then apply a prorated credit to your second license.

When returning products, be sure to ship everything back in a traceable way (UPS, Airborne Express, etc.). For you to get any credit, your shipment must arrive at Manta within 21 calendar days of the original purchase. No exceptions. Also, be sure to return everything. For example, you cannot keep a Student Reference Guide without purchasing the corresponding series. In addition, the original packing list (or a copy) will help us apply the credit to the right customer.
