The basic license terms depend on whether you take a Manta course online or install a copy on your own PC or local file server.

MantaNow! (Online Delivery)

Each course purchased for online delivery can be taken by only one student. You do not have to take the course in a single session. You can return to the course as often as you like within 3 days following your purchase. No refunds are available. The Manta Enterprise License is available for organizations that want to train multiple students online. Under this program, you prepay for a minimum number of courses. The larger your commitment, the more you save, with prices as low as $25 per course!

Local Delivery

Unless you specify otherwise, products ordered on CD-ROM for local installation are shipped with a single-user license. With this license, you can install the purchased product(s) on one computer. This may be a stand-alone PC, a network file server, or an AS/400 or iSeries system. Or, one student can install the product on a home computer. A single-user license does not limit the number of students who can take a product, only the number who can take it at the same time.

Unlike the MantaNow license, the single-user license does not expire. Theoretically, you can use the product forever. However, Manta reserves the right to withdraw support after two years.

If your organization prefers to train students in groups, rather than one at a time, consider a multiple-user license. Unlike the single-user license, the multiple-user license lets more than one student at a time use the same copy of a product. The price of a multiple-user license is computed as follows:

• 5-user license: 1.5 times the product price
• 10 user license: 2 times the product price
• For each user over 10: 20% of the product price
