What do I do if I forgot my password?

| What is a USERID? |
| This is an abbreviated way
of identifying you, the shopper. Your USERID and password can be
anything. To complete your on-line purchase, we send an order
confirmation to the email address associated with your USERID.

| What do I do if I forgot my password? |
| Simply enter your Login ID
(see below), and click the "Please Email My Password" button and
click the "Login" button. You will get a message confirming that the
password is on its way to you. Within moments you can check your
e-mail to retrieve your password. <TOP>

| Is it safe for me to pay by credit card over the Internet? |
| Absolutely. Manta provides a safe and secure
shopping environment.
Safe - Most consumers are unaware that it is statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in traditional stores and restaurants. These businesses use a multiple copy sales draft, which requires your signature. Employees then have access to not only your credit card number but your signature as well. In contrast, Internet transactions are performed electronically without multiple sales drafts, making your purchase safer. |
| I still don't want to send my credit card number over the Internet. What other options do I have? |
| We offer you the option of
phoning, faxing, or mailing in in your credit card number after you place
your order. You can also pay for your order by check or money order. We
also accept corporate purchase orders. Please follow the instructions that
are provided when you place
